So above is just one example of how people invent structures and sell them.  This guy gives seminars too.  So it’s kind of crap, but it’s also kind of useful if you don’t become a slave to it.

    What is the difference between identity and essence? Is it like McKee's difference between our want and need? Who we think we are and who we really are? Do our desires define who we are?
    Interesting… Hauge seems to center on this idea of "essence." I like it…
